First of all, go to this proxy, it is the one I used so it must work.
Once that has loaded, paste this into the url address box:

Once that has loaded, login then paste this in the url address box:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=861
Once that has loaded just leave the proxy and go to regular suite in beauty parlor.
