This is for if you are not from Russia:
1. Go to this proxy(the one I used):
http://www.dostyp.ru/
2.Type Stardoll.com white URL box, and press enter.
3. Login.
4. Now enter http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=759 in the url box on top and press 'Ok'.
5. Close the Window, and then go to your regular suite.
